A fear of commitment can drive people to have such an endless search for fulfillment but almost all wind up in some form of disasterous failure. Uh let's be careful with this one...let's just say traditionally there is a word for such a woman. Lets use "Loose" to be kind. Many women search for emotional validation or attention through physical means. Of course happiness and fulfillment is always just over the next hill and while she may have temporary pleasure mostly she is just very unhappy and unfulfilled while using sex to try and fill that void. She is playing an exteremely dangerous game with her health and life and unless she can come to terms with her sinful and self destructive behavior  that next fix just over the hill may lead her over a cliff.
