Why do I have uncontrolable food cravings for bread, thats usually what it is for, but it I give in and have it, it sets me off on a binge and I can not stop myself from eating. I eat healthy, I exercise two to three hours each morning, I take walks in the afternoons, I have lost over 100 pounds, but yet I still have these craving, I have been told they could be emotional, I do not know all I know is I want, I NEED them to stop!! What can I do?
