My husband has a problem - Psychology Questions

Welcome to Psychology Questions, where you can ask questions and receive answers from other members of the community.

My husband has a problem. He can't stop chasing after younger women through text, email and social media. He says it's just for attention. Nothing sexual. I don't know what to do. I'm at my wits end. He needs help. He says it's not sexual at all but he can't stop! I say, he's lying and won't admit it. He has now done this with 4-5 women and I'm tired of it. As his wife, I shouldn't be lied to or treated this way

I can see what you must be going through. Having a husband who makes you feel like you aren't good enough does not sit well. The best treatment, would be try and spend more time with him. Maybe freshen things up, add a little spice to everything. Cook him his favorite dinner or tell him memories from a while ago and bring up some good laughs. Maybe he just feels alone and is tired of how things are. Make changes and have fun.
