So back on 2/12/13.... i slammed into a guy in indoor track( he purposely surprised me), and this happened right around the time my shin splints started... I trained so hard to be one of the top guys and run with the top people who were in the same cross country team in my offseason... I couldnt lift or run.... so I just did the elliptical and just stopped and workouts became rare like 2 to 3 times a week and i think my cardio dropped..... I began binge eating and gained 10 pounds I was 104 pound 15 year old( DISTANCE RUNNER) now im 114, My running sucks now, i dont have a 6 pack, just a flat somtach..... I DONT EVEN TRY AT ALL ANYMORE, IN SCHOOL, AND ****..... I BINGE WHEN IM BORED.... AND ITS 6/15,, MY SUMMER VACATION AND I WANT TO GET MY LIFE BACK ON TRACK, IN FITNESS AND ACADEMICS... I CANT LIVE LIKE THIS ANYMORE... LIKE A FORMER SHADOW OF WHO I AM..... ADVICE?
